Terms of Service

If you are a free or paying individual subscriber, your use of the Service is strictly for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not sell, share, or redistribute CPAS data or other coaching analytics without a separate written agreement with us.

BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT OR ACCESSING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.

To access certain features (e.g., CPAS grades, coach comparisons, affiliate betting links), you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel. Cancellation must be done before the renewal date. Fees are generally non-refundable.

You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service.
• Use CPAS data or other content for commercial or editorial purposes without our written consent.
• Share your account credentials with others or resell access.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

Our Service includes "BET NOW" links to third-party betting partners. These links are for informational and referral purposes only. We do not operate a sportsbook or accept wagers. You are solely responsible for complying with your local gambling laws.

All content on the Service, including CPAS scores, coach grades, rankings, and analysis, is owned by Coaching AI or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., comments, messages). However, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that CPAS scores or other analytics are accurate, complete, or error-free. All data is for entertainment and informational purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coaching AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service, including any subscription benefits.

Except for small claims court matters, any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Texas under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity, not as a class representative or class member.

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of agreeing to these Terms by emailing legal@coachingai.com.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
